Job summary

Enhabit, Inc. seeks a qualified chaplain to lead spiritual services for patients and families within our home health and hospice network. You will coordinate bereavement support and ensure care aligns with Enhabit policies while addressing diverse spiritual needs in the home setting.

Requirements include ordination or endorsement, experience with life-threatening illness, and basic tech skills for mobile devices. This role supports compassionate care across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Must be ordained or endorsed to function in pastoral capacity.
• Experience working with patients and families dealing with life-threatening illness and death.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate all activities of the spiritual services program and the delivery of spiritual services to patients and their families. Provide support to the bereavement program with the provision of spiritual support to the patient and their family, in line with Enhabit policies.
