Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a dedicated chaplain to lead spiritual care for patients and families, coordinating activities and delivering compassionate support. The role emphasizes collaboration with bereavement services and adherence to organizational policies in a home-health setting.

Qualified candidates will be ordained or endorsed for pastoral work and have experience with life-threatening illness contexts, plus basic tech literacy including mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Must be ordained or endorsed to function in a pastoral capacity with experience supporting patients and families facing life-threatening illness.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Training in clinical pastoral education may substitute for ordination or endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate all activities of the spiritual services program and deliver spiritual services to patients and families.
• Support the bereavement program with spiritual care aligned to Enhabit policies.
