Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate chaplain to lead and coordinate the spiritual services program for patients and families within our home-based care network. You will support bereavement services and ensure care aligns with policies and patient beliefs.

The role requires ecclesiastical ordination or endorsement, experience with life-threatening illness, and the ability to use mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Must be ordained or endorsed to function in pastoral capacity.
• Experience working with patients and families facing life-threatening illness.
• Basic technology skills, including use of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all activities of the spiritual services program.
• Provide spiritual support to patients and families and support the bereavement program.
