Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a chaplain to deliver spiritual care to patients and families, supporting bereavement services as needed. The role requires ordination or ecclesiastical endorsement and experience with terminal illness and end-of-life care.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, solid technology skills for mobile devices, and the ability to work within Enhabit policies and procedures across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Must be ordained or endorsed to function in pastoral capacity.
• Experience in working with patients and families dealing with life-threatening illness and death.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate all activities of the spiritual services program; provide spiritual support to patients and families and bereavement program as needed.
