Residential Home Health and Hospice in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Hospice Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate home-based care. • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Provide hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) while observing and reporting changes in condition to support comfort and quality of life

• Respond promptly to patient needs with empathy and attentiveness and accurately document care provided in the EMR
• Work independently, but never alone
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

CNA Qualifications
