Responsibilities

• Meet admission and call targets and coordinate daily sales/marketing ops.
• Build and monitor perceptions of St. Croix Hospice as a high-quality provider.
• Document all sales activity in the CRM per requirements.
• Assist in marketing events, vendor fairs, and exhibits across territories.
• Support Care Transition Team training and mentor coordinators as needed.
• Assist in orienting new marketing staff and contribute to strategic planning.
