Job summary

Four Seasons Hospice seeks an experienced RN to serve as a Support RN, handling 2-4 admissions daily and occasional patient visits. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an active NC RN license, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work a 40-hour week in Henderson, NC. Benefit-rich environment with emphasis on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Valid NC RN license.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2-4 admissions daily depending on shift and patient complexity.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed and may include patient visits.
• Record and report nursing assessments and plan care.
• Teach, supervise and coordinate nursing staff in treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop patient- and family-centered plans.
• Ensure safe and effective nursing care in line with regulations.
