Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Care Consultant to drive healthcare sales and expand our referral network in the Muncie, IN area. You will work with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to deliver exceptional hospice services and grow our market presence.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and travel as needed to establish and maintain payer relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with referral sources.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor community and payer perceptions of the organization.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in marketing and Suncrest Hospice markets.
