Brighton Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to develop referrals and marketing strategies across service areas. You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to extend care delivery and grow the hospice footprint.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and independent work within an interdisciplinary team, with travel to partner sites and markets as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare sales, with focus on home care or hospice services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations abilities.
• Ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team.
• Willingness to drive and maintain reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral and payer sources.
