Hinds LifeCare in California's Central Valley seeks a Hospice Care Consultant to liaison with Skilled Nursing Facilities in Fresno, Madera, and Merced counties and to maintain regular contact with physicians’ offices.

The role includes educating about Hinds LifeCare services, coordinating referrals, conducting presentations on end-of-life care, and promoting community outreach and public relations initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with at least one year of hospice care coordination experience.
• Experience in marketing or sales is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with the public, vendors and colleagues.
• Valid CA driver's license and willingness to use a personal vehicle.
• Ability to meet the physical demands (push, pull, lift/carry 10 lbs).
