Hinds LifeCare is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager, Pediatrics to join our hospice team in Fresno, CA. The role focuses on providing compassionate end‑of‑life care and supporting families, with travel across Fresno, Madera, and Merced counties.
Requires California RN license and at least two years of pediatric nursing experience in acute care or hospice. Knowledge of concurrent care is preferred and you will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care.
