Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners, driving growth in our hospice services. The role emphasizes self-starting, personable engagement and market strategy to become the hospice of choice in the local community.

Candidates should bring extensive healthcare sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive in-territory.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation and have valid driver’s license.

• PTO (Up to 120 hours, plus 8 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays)
• Competitive Salary $72,000 - $85,000

The Community Liaison will spend their days building relationships with physicians, hospitals and other community partners as we seek to become their hospice of choice based on the compassion and high-quality care that our team provides to our patients and their families. We are looking for self-starters who are confident, personable and don't want to be stuck behind a desk!
