Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to drive healthcare marketing and referral development across the service area. You will engage physicians, hospitals, and community partners to ensure continued delivery of care and strengthen partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring extensive healthcare sales experience, strong negotiation and PR skills, and the ability to work independently while driving outreach and awareness for Brighton Hospice.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while building positive industry relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive outreach with reliability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify service opportunities.
• Maintain working knowledge in marketing and Suncrest Hospice markets.

Candidates will need to feel confident in their ability to be a self-starter, as well as work with an interdisciplinary team of highly skilled hospice members. Essential job functions & responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets

Qualifications
