Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice in Missouri seeks a Community Liaison to build relationships with physicians, hospitals and other partners, promoting Brighton as the hospice of choice through compassionate, high-quality care.

You will cover Independence and surrounding counties, drive growth in referrals, and work independently with a proactive, personable approach to expand Brighton's presence in the market.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Demonstrated ability to market effectively while maintaining industry relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and build/referral source networks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Build and maintain Brighton/Suncrest's positive reputation in your territory.
• Strategic planning to identify opportunities to increase market presence.
• Build and maintain understanding of the hospice market, referral sources and competitors.

Territory: Independence, Blue Springs, east Jackson County, Lafayette County, Johnson County

The Community Liaison will spend their days building relationships with physicians, hospitals and other community partners as we seek to become their hospice of choice based on the compassion and high-quality care that our team provides to our patients and their families. We are looking for self-starters who are confident, personable and don’t want to be stuck behind a desk!
