Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Community Liaison to build relationships with physicians, hospitals and community partners while promoting Brighton's compassionate hospice care. You will drive referrals, represent the company in the market, and develop strategic plans to grow presence in the Kansas City metro.

Candidates should have healthcare sales experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and build referral sources.

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Build and maintain a positive reputation for Brighton/Suncrest in your territory.
• Strategic planning to identify opportunities to increase our presence in the market.

The Community Liaison will spend their days building relationships with physicians, hospitals and other community partners as we seek to become their hospice of choice based on the compassion and high-quality care that our team provides to our patients and their families. We are looking for self-starters who are confident, personable and don’t want to be stuck behind a desk!
