Job summary

Conemaugh Regional Hospice Johnstown is seeking a Hospice CNA PRN to provide compassionate in-home care, assisting with daily living activities and personal care. The role includes documenting patient status, ensuring safety, and coordinating with caregivers to meet individual needs.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
• PA state requirements for home health aide competency or training.
• CPR certification preferred; ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Support household tasks, meals, and accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor client condition, vital signs, and document findings.
• Ensure a safe home environment and proper use of equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect diverse client backgrounds.
