The Pennant Group, Inc. and Nova Hospice are seeking a hospice aide to work under a registered nurse, administering personal care and comfort to patients in their homes. You will observe, document, and report patient conditions while ensuring safety and quality of care.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with CPR certification, strong communication, empathy, and a calm demeanor in home settings. Prior references and ability to travel in community health environments are preferred.

• Meets training requirements of state; 18+ years old.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Understands hospice philosophy; comfortable with terminally ill patients.
• Satisfactory references from previous employers.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Calm demeanor in patients' homes; empathy for ill.

Mansioni

• Perform personal care and attend to patient requests promptly.
• Assist with baths, oral hygiene, grooming, and bed linens changes.
• Assist in dressing, feeding, and mobility as assigned.
• Record vitals and report changes to Case Manager.
• Maintain patient comfort and prevent skin breakdown.
• Keep living area clean and organized; follow care procedures.
