The position emphasizes building partnerships with hospital systems and physician groups, managing budgets and P&L, and ensuring compliant, scalable growth across territories.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of healthcare sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop other sales leaders.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state hospice regulations and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales operations across regions to drive referral volumes, census, and revenue targets.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for regional leaders.
• Develop annual sales budgets and regional P&L assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital systems and physician groups.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to align initiatives with capacity.
• Identify market trends and represent the company at key industry events.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with healthcare regulations.
