Responsibilities include building scalable sales approaches, coaching directors, managing budgets and P&L, and ensuring compliance with federal and state hospice regulations. Travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare sales leadership experience in hospice or home health.
• Experience managing sales leaders and driving growth.
• In-depth knowledge of hospice regulations and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and data reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales operations across designated regions to drive referrals, census, and revenue targets.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance of regional sales directors.
• Partner in annual sales budgets, growth targets, and regional P&L assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital systems and healthcare leaders.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational executives to align initiatives.
• Identify market trends and expand brand presence at industry events.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state and federal hospice rules.
