Qualifications

• Healthcare leadership experience in hospice or home health selling
• Direct, documented experience managing senior sales leaders
• In-depth knowledge of hospice regulations and budgeting/P&L oversight
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data reporting tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60%

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and regional execution to drive referral volumes and revenue targets.
• Direct recruitment, onboarding, and development of regional sales directors and BD professionals.
• Partner on annual sales budgets, growth targets, and regional P&L assessments.
• Build and maintain high-yield relationships with hospital systems and physician groups.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational leadership to align BD with patient care standards.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to expand brand presence at industry events.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal hospice regulations and corporate standards.
