Qualifications

• Completion of state approved CNA course or equivalent training.
• NAC certification in WA state.
• CPR certification (hands-on demonstration required).
• Food Handlers Permit.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs and attend to patient requests promptly.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate respectfully with patient and family.
• Monitor safety and use equipment properly.
• Provide personal care including bathing, oral hygiene, and grooming.
• Assist in dressing, feeding, and positioning.
• Report pain or changes to RN Case Manager.
• Assist with ambulation and ROM as directed.
• Document care and observations in EMR.
• Maintain clean, organized living area for the patient.
• Adhere to care procedures and professional conduct.
