Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our in-home care team. You’ll deliver hands-on, 1:1 care under a Registered Nurse, helping patients maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life at the end of life.

Responsibilities include personal care, vital sign checks, documentation, meal assistance, and travel to patient homes throughout the day. A valid CNA certification and driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with personal care, meal planning, and feeding as needed.
• Travel to patient homes and provide care as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on care under RN supervision.
• Promote comfort, dignity, and safety for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Support family education and communication with care team.
