Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to deliver hands-on, one-to-one care in patients’ homes under RN supervision. You will support daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help maintain comfort and dignity at the end of life.

The role requires active Missouri CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable auto insurance. Travel between patient homes is expected throughout the day, with a schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, including rotational weekends.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Ability to assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Strong documentation and communication with care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Travel to patient homes and provide care as scheduled.
