Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide hands-on in-home care to patients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist with personal care, vital signs, and daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity during one of life’s important journeys.

The role requires current CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, and documentation of services. Travel to patient homes is a key part of the daily schedule, with a full-time position and

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Home health care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Travel to patient homes throughout the day and provide care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
