Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, promoting comfort and dignity at the end of life.

This full-time role requires a current CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to patient homes. You’ll assist with personal care, vital signs, and daily activities, with benefits including health

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes throughout the day and provide care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
