Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System seeks a Nurse Leader to coordinate the Access Center of the hospice program, overseeing intake/admission processes and supervising clinical staff. This role ensures alignment with Medicare/Medicaid and accreditation standards while optimizing care delivery.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with a minimum Associate degree, BLS, and 4+ years of clinical hospice experience; Bachelor's degree and management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license with current licensure in good standing.
• BLS certification maintained.
• Associates degree minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 years clinical experience, hospice/home health preferred; 6–7 years with an Associate's degree considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake/admission staff and coordination of hospice levels of care.
• Hire, train, and develop intake/admission personnel and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor resource use and collaborate with leadership to meet budgets and performance targets.
