Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Nursing - Registered Nurse leader to coordinate the hospice intake/admission function. You will oversee staff, ensure compliant processes, and manage resources to support high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and experience in hospice/home health, with opportunities to lead an interdisciplinary team and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Associates degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 years clinical experience, hospice/home health preferred.
• CHPN (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversees intake/admission staff and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Manages hiring, training, development and retention of intake/admission staff.
• Coordinates hospice levels of care and admission processes.
• Monitors resources to meet budget targets.
• Supports quality improvement and survey readiness.
• Maintains data, workflow efficiency and service quality.
