Job summary

Affinis Hospice is seeking a Nursing Services Administrator to oversee the clinical operations of Hospice Services in Georgia. You will supervise the staff, coordinate referrals, and work with the Medical Director to implement policies and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse, Georgia license, with at least two years of nursing experience.
• One year in supervision, education or nursing service administration.
• Knowledge of state and federal hospice care rules and regulations.
• Strong management and organizational concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, implement, and evaluate clinical services for Hospice Services.
• Lead Hospice Services IDG meetings and coordinate referrals and patient care.
• Ensure staffing levels and supervise staff nurse and case manager.
• Coordinate Hospice patient care by service disciplines and liaison between disciplines.
• Ensure compliant clinical records and QA/QI program.
• Promote community education and marketing activities.
