Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care per ANA standards and hospice guidelines; conducts on-call visits as needed.
• Documents care and ensures timely charting and proper reimbursement procedures.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and plan of care.
