The role requires 7+ years of nursing with 2 years in hospital or hospice/home health and 5+ years of supervisory nursing experience. RN license and valid driver’s license are required; CHPN preferred.

Responsibilities
- Directs Admissions and Referrals departments and oversees protocols and staffing
- Manages budget, monitors variances and reports findings
- Liaises with Health Information Management and other departments
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines
