• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Valid RN license and driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; 2-5 years in home health or nursing preferred.
• Experience in case management is advantageous.

Provides specialized nursing care to hospice patients and their families, focusing on symptom management, pain control, and holistic support.
