You will help ensure safety and efficiency across Landstar’s logistics network by coaching drivers and internal staff. The role involves handling calls, educating customers, performing audits, and guiding corrective actions, with emphasis on data analysis and strong communication skills to support compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of administrative customer support experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with quality customer service.
• Perform audits and verify violations found.
• Educate and train internal and external customers on Hours-of-Service compliance.
• Troubleshoot and assist with issues affecting compliance.
• Administer corrective action processes up to cancellation of operator lease.
• Analyze spreadsheets and other reports to ensure compliance.
