Job summary

HyFun Foods is seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen its HoReCa sales team in Vijaywada. The role targets Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Cloud Kitchens, and related outlets, with a focus on expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.

The candidate should have a minimum graduate degree and 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in HoReCa. This on-site position reports to HR and involves collaboration with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is graduate with relevant sales experience.
• Experience in HoReCa or hospitality sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand HoReCa customer base across hotels, restaurants, canteens, and other outlets.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers in the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with chefs, purchase managers, owners, and key decision-makers.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure product placement and visibility at customer outlets.
• Coordinate with distributors for availability, orders and timely deliveries.
• Conduct product presentations, sampling, and chef demonstrations.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to share actionable insights.
• Ensure timely payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence updates.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance for seamless servicing.
