Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Account Manager to join a growing team in Honolulu, HI. You will manage and grow an assigned territory, serving an established customer base while developing new accounts.

Responsibilities include prospecting, site assessments, proposals, pricing, and contract closures. You will track activity and renewals, build lasting client relationships, and represent the company at local events. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in outside/territory sales preferred; company will train right mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory, serving an established customer base while developing new accounts.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach
• Conduct site assessments and recommend waste and recycling service solutions
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close contracts
• Calculate solid waste and recycling rates for customer quotes
• Track sales activity, service agreements, and contract renewals
• Build long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted business advisor
• Represent the company at condo council meetings, hotel association luncheons, chamber of commerce events, and trade shows
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of customer types
• Work independently to manage schedule, territory, and sales goals
