Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including safety and quality control.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• On-site work in Honolulu, HI, including weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education or certifications are a plus.
