Job summary

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and daily briefings, ensuring timely service, handling complaints, and collaborating with kitchen Chefs on quality and presentation. Strong wine knowledge and office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; additional education or training preferred.
• Three years of experience in a related setting.
• Extensive wine and spirits knowledge.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Excel and Word.
• English language proficiency; ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HaLani/Ha Bar operations and lead service and guest satisfaction.
• Select, train, schedule, and supervise team members per policies.
• Conduct daily briefings and ongoing trainings.
• Ensure timely service, handle guest complaints, maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Main Kitchen Chefs on food quality and presentation.
• Manage restaurant supplies and inventory.
• Participate in management meetings, client interactions, promotions as needed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in food cost and payroll control.
• Maintain professional demeanor and lead by example.
• Communicate effectively and make decisions benefiting guests and department.
