Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) is seeking a Honolulu, HI-based Project Manager to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District.

This on-site role requires residing in the Honolulu area and will focus on planning and development for design and construction programs, with administrative duties. The ideal candidate is a US citizen with strong understanding of design/construction practices, capable of reading drawings, and able to coordinate complex programs.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Understanding of design and construction practices; codes and techniques.
• Ability to read engineering/architectural drawings and specs.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex design and construction projects.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist USACE PPMD in planning and project development for each Program.
• Coordinate projects and PDT with the PPMD.
• Prepare and maintain project management plans.
• Document project/program decisions and activities.
• Compile and maintain documentation for government site approvals.
• Provide administrative and support duties.
