Job summary

BB&E is a dynamic employee-owned engineering and consulting firm with a nationwide footprint, headquartered in Northville, Michigan. The Project Manager will support USACE Honolulu District Programs & Project Management Division on site in Honolulu, HI, handling planning, development, and documentation for a surge of FY27 projects.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of relevant experience, DoD contracting exposure, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong MS Office and Primavera

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a NACI/CAC is required.
Minimum of 15+ years of total relevant experience; 3+ years in DoD/government contracting.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or four years of direct, relevant experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

Assist planning and development for each Program by coordinating projects and PDT.
Prepare and maintain project management plans and cost tracking documentation.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders while acting as contractor liaison.
