SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to support USACE Honolulu District with CPM scheduling and performance management. The role will develop integrated, resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6, align design, reviews, and regulatory tasks, and produce reports for project tracking.

The candidate will coordinate transitions from Primavera P6 to Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), work with PROMIS and related USACE systems, and communicate findings to government

Competenze

• Minimum three (3) full years of experience using Primavera P6 to manage CPM schedules.
• Experience with A-E design scheduling for vertical or horizontal construction projects.
• Ability to perform critical path, schedule logic, and resource analyses and communicate results clearly.
• Experience generating Primavera/Power BI reports and presenting project performance.

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated, resource-loaded CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate design disciplines, reviews, permitting, and QC into project schedules.
• Monitor schedule progress, logic, resource assignments, and milestones.
• Conduct critical path and schedule impact analyses; identify delays and risks.
• Perform resource analysis to evaluate workload and allocations.
• Enter data and generate Primavera reports for project tracking.
• Develop schedule and performance reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Coordinate PROMIS/OPC transitions and related systems (CEFMS, RMS, CMP).
• Communicate findings to government project managers and teams.
