Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) seeks a Honolulu-area Project Scheduler to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District.

This on-site role requires residence in the Honolulu area and working in the District Office five days per week. The candidate will input resource-loaded CPM schedules into Primavera P6, monitor updates, perform critical path analysis, and assess change-order impacts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing, managing, updating, and maintaining Primavera P6 schedules.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 on day one, including critical path analysis and reporting.
• Strong MS Power BI, Excel, and MS Office skills for reporting to stakeholders.
• Ability to read and understand engineering/architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develops schedules using PROMIS, Primavera P6 Web, CEFMS, and RMS.
• Inputs, monitors, updates, and maintains resource-loaded CPM schedules in Primavera P6.
• Conducts critical path analysis and identifies impacts or opportunities for Government consideration.
• Analyzes proposed change order information for critical path impact and advises Government.
