Job summary

Fiserv is seeking an Account Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii to own delivery and relationship management for assigned client portfolios. You will ensure quality delivery of all products and services while developing operational relationships through visits and calls.

You will analyze client goals, provide status reporting, and drive cross-functional initiatives. A strong focus on customer service and travel availability up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in customer service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls.
• Understand the client environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv’s solutions for maximum benefit.
• Provide various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities.
• Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives including incident response and process improvement.
• Maintain compliance with audits and administrative duties to ensure contractual obligations.
