Norm Reeves Honda Irvine is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, assess vehicle concerns, and coordinate maintenance and repairs at our Irvine service drive. This onsite role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive in the Service Drive.
• Listen to customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service needs.
• Recommend appropriate maintenance, repairs, and additional services.
• Write accurate and detailed repair orders based on the customer’s concerns and technician’s inspection.
• Clearly communicate recommended repairs, costs, and timelines to customers.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide timely updates.
• Review quality control reports and strive for a high CSI score.
• Process customer payments and other monetary transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service experience.

Description

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $80,000 - $180,000

Schedule: Monday - Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid-week.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive in the Service Drive
• Listen to customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Recommend appropriate maintenance, repairs, and additional services
• Write accurate and detailed repair orders based on the customer’s concerns and the technician’s inspection
• Clearly communicate recommended repairs, costs, and timelines to customers
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide timely updates
• Communicate any changes to the repair order and obtain necessary approvals
• Work closely with technicians and other Service Department team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Review quality control reports and work to maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) score
• Process customer payments and other monetary transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their service experience
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Need:

• Previous Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills
• Ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with customers
• Positive, creative, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
