Job summary

Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach is seeking a Service Advisor to join our onsite team. You will greet guests, explain vehicle needs, and bridge communication between guests and technicians to ensure a smooth service experience.

You’ll produce detailed repair orders, track progress, and propose additional services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and a strong service index. The role requires a valid driver’s license, prior service-advisor background, and a

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive.
• Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle.
• Offer solutions and added services to guests.
• Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
• Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes.
• Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score.
• Process monetary transactions.

Job description

Location: Huntington Beach, CA (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000

Schedule: Monday - Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid-week.

As our Service Advisor, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach. You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.

Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!
