Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability and desire to achieve individual and departmental goals.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, via email and text, and face-to-face.
• Must have unrestricted availability to work nights and weekends as required.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Pre-employment background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an extraordinary sales experience.
• Capable of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop a strong understanding of vehicles and offerings; explain features and trim levels.
• Qualify customers by understanding their needs and interests to match the best vehicle and options.
• Demonstrate features and perform walk-around explanations.
• Negotiate deals, complete pre-sale documents, and coordinate with insurance.
• Build rapport to drive repeat business and referrals; respond quickly to inquiries.
• Follow up with sold and unsold clients using various tools and software.
