Norm Reeves Auto Group in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead F&I activities in a high-volume Honda dealership. You will structure deals, work with multiple lenders, and drive profitable product penetration while maintaining CSI and compliance.

This onsite, full-time role offers a compensation range reflecting top producers and a long-term opportunity within a nationally recognized dealer group.

Qualifications

• Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager.
• Strong PVR and product penetration.
• Excellent VSC, GAP, maintenance, appearance protection, and ancillary product performance.
• Ability to structure deals and work effectively with multiple lenders.
• Strong understanding of lender programs, approvals, stipulations, and funding.
• Excellent closing and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle high deal volume without sacrificing CSI or compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
