Job summary

Evergreen Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Homeowner Services Coordinator to serve as the backbone of the Homeowner Services Department. The role supports homeownership, repair programs, homeowner education, and resilience initiatives by coordinating intake, communications, education, data, and referrals.

As the first point of contact for applicants and homeowners, you will help create a welcoming, organized experience and ensure the department operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeownership inquiries.
• Coordinate orientation registration and attendance.
• Support applicant onboarding.
• Schedule intake appointments.
• Maintain application waitlists.
• Assist applicants with document collection and submission.
• Track applicant progression through the homeownership process.
• Serve as primary intake contact for repair applicants.
• Process repair applications and supporting documentation.
• Maintain repair waitlists.
• Assist with repair funding communications.
• Support repair reporting requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling related to repair programs and inspections.
• Coordinate homeownership orientations.
• Manage workshop registrations.
• Track attendance for educational programming.
• Assist with community outreach events.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries.
• Assist with homeowner resource referrals.
• Assist with board and grant reporting.
• Maintain digital and physical files.
• Generate routine reports and dashboards.
