The role focuses on homeowner services within Habitat Metro Denver, using HomeKeeper and Encompass for records, while coordinating education, outreach and community engagement activities to strengthen the homeownership experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen, national or lawful permanent resident aged 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Full-time in-person service commitment for one year.
• Ability to navigate homebuying and lending processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in affordable housing and nonprofit sector.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with applicants and provide direct support during homebuying.
• Assist with document collection, deadlines, and loan process tools.
• Maintain records in HomeKeeper and Encompass for compliance.
• Coordinate homeowner education, outreach, and post-purchase support.
• Identify opportunities to improve the homeowner experience.
