Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a seasonal rental technician to provide high-level service and proper maintenance, adjustment, and instruction of all rental equipment. This is a seasonal position with full-time and part-time opportunities, compensated at $20.00/hr.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, confirming waiver details, scanning equipment, performing basic repairs and tuning, and maintaining a safe workspace. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must pass the binding manufacturer exam.

• Ensure proper rental procedures are followed with each guest; confirm information on waiver is accurate, equipment is all scanned, and DINs are set correctly to skis
• Instruct customers in the correct use of the equipment
• Must maintain a safe, healthy and orderly workstation
• General knowledge of Stratton Mountain Resort
• Basic repairs and tuning on all rental equipment
• Additional duties as assigned
