Job summary

Outrigger is seeking a Homeowner Relations Coordinator in Lahaina, HI to support the Honua Kai rental program. You will manage daily administrative tasks for owner units, coordinate replacement orders, and maintain clear communication with the team, HOA, and owners via email, phone, and in-person.

The role requires a High School diploma (Bachelor's in Hospitality Management preferred) and resort experience; a valid driver's license is also required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Resort or lodging operational experience at a mid to large-scale property preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests and coordinatingOwner relations in accordance with Outrigger policies.
• Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties relating to the upkeep of owner units in the Honua Kai rental program, including ordering, tracking, updating, and communicating with the team, HOA, and owners via email, phone, and in-person regarding orders of replacement items.
