Job summary

Outrigger Hospitality Group in Hawaii is seeking an administrative professional to support day-to-day duties for the Honua Kai rental program. You will coordinate orders for replacement items, track communications with the team and HOA, and ensure smooth operations for owner units.

The role requires a high school diploma or hospitality degree, with resort experience preferred and a valid driver’s license. Base pay starts at $27 per hour and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day administrative duties relating to upkeep of owner’s units in the Honua Kai rental program.
• Orders, tracks, updates and communicates with the team, HOA, and owners via email, phone, and in person regarding orders of replacement items.
